Aaron Cook was the agent responsible for facilitating our commercial lease transaction. This was our first time dealing with an agent rather than a private owner. The experience was excellent.
Initially I was unsure about dealing with a third party company that represents both lessor and lessee. Start to finish, Aaron was prompt and helpful. He was familiar with the property we leased, and kept in good contact with both parties. The process was made very clear, and all of our concerns were carefully addressed.
Finding commercial space for our industry is a complete nightmare.
