I have a passion for many components of real estate, and have been an active commercial real estate broker for over 10 years. During this time, I have completed over 200 lease or purchase transactions, on behalf of tenants, landlords, and investors. I’ve sold multiple investment properties, and have personally created financial analyses showing property cash flows, internal rate of return, cash-on-cash, and net present value. I’m familiar with how to analyze scenarios to help organizations decide whether to purchase or lease. I’m competent at financially comparing corporate options for properties they currently own, and whether to hold and wait for a better market position, hold and refinance, or sell and exchange.

I have a bachelors of science in finance, with a real estate emphasis, from Brigham Young University. I am a Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM). The CCIM curriculum consists of four core courses that incorporate essential real estate skill sets: financial analysis, market analysis, user lease decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. Only 6% of commercial real estate practitioners worldwide hold this designation. Completion of the CCIM establishes expertise in the ability to advise tenants, landlords, and investors.

I’ve worked with various city zoning commissions to achieve the proper zoning status for land acquisitions. I’m proud to have worked on multiple LDS Church transactions, as they are one of the largest and most demanding groups in the world.

I enjoy golf, toastmasters, and traveling. My beautiful wife, Kyla, and I are the parents of two sons, and one daughter.

If you have any commercial leasing, purchasing, or sales needs, please don’t hesitate to call, email, or text me anytime. I would be happy to be of service to you, or anyone you would be kind enough to refer my way.

My first experience in real estate was when I was 24 & I bought my first home in Orem. That lit a fire & I soon had my real estate license. My first broker was a great man named Joe Jennings. He helped me through my first couple of deals. I will always remember Joe & will be forever grateful to him for showing me the ropes.

In 2008 I met the qualifications to become a broker. In 2011, Aaron Cook and I started Core Realty. It’s important to me to help my clients get the best possible deal & value, whether selling or buying. I love getting to know my clients, they often become more of a friend than a client.
