In 2017, Kevin helped Kris Krohn acquire an old retail/office space in Provo, which Kris then turned into a beautiful convention center. In 2021, Kevin and his team at Core Utah, were again hired by Kris to find an office space as his business continued to grow. We found a very nice office building, being quietly marketed, that fit Kris’s needs. We were able to get under contract and negotiated that the seller leave all of the furniture and gym equipment as well. We expedited the process, and were able to get Kris closed before the end of 2021.
