Our team represented Insta-Chain in a purchase of 13,000 SF of new warehouse space in Springville Utah. This was a complicated deal. Weather delayed completion of the building shell by about three months. Additionally, we had to secure our own buildout of the office space (Developer only provided shell). Timing had to be adjusted multiple times. After 12 addendums and 10 months, we were able to get this project closed, and plenty of equity into the buyers pocket. The purchase of warehouse space will inevitably have unexpected challenges, and we our best to help our clients work through each of them.
