Jonathan was quickly outgrowing his office space in Lehi. We toured multiple options, and helped him purchase a 15,000 SqFt Class A Office condo – an entire floor! It was a complicated deal, as the gov’t, including the SBA portion, shutdown for over a month at the end of 2025. We had, fortunately, built in extensions that Jonathan was able to execute, that bought him just enough time to be able to close. The normally 90-day process took about 150 days thanks to gov’t closures, but we got it done!
