Superior Lending is a prominent mortgage company in Utah County. They had been leasing office space in Orem Utah for several years and decided they wanted to invest in their own building. We identified several opportunities for them to purchase office space in Utah County. After touring a number of buildings, they decided on a fantastic office space just off the freeway on 800 North. The space was bigger than their needs, so we divided up the space and put the remaining space on the market for lease. Shortly after they closed on the property, we secured a tenant to lease the extra space. In the end, Superior Lending was very pleased with their acquisition. They have a beautiful space to call home to their company and an investment property that will serve them for many years to come
