We’re excited to announce that Sportelli’s Pasta Bar is coming to 410 N University Avenue in Provo, Utah! This locally owned, fast-casual pasta concept will be opening its newest location in a prime downtown space formerly home to a restaurant. The 2,593 square foot lease was secured on a five-year triple net term, with the tenant set to begin operations in mid-2025. Sportelli’s brings a fresh, customizable approach to classic Italian cuisine, and its arrival is sure to be a favorite among Provo residents, students, and visitors alike. We’re thrilled to have represented the tenant in securing this exciting new chapter for their growing brand.
