Ed Wahl come to our office, letting us know he needed to get a space secured asap for warehouse production. Our team sat down with him, reviewed his specific requirement needs, and immediately went to work. Within a couple of days, we came back to Ed with a few viable options, toured them, and for the right space drafted and negotiated a letter of intent to lease space. We ultimately secured desirable lease terms and completed a lease within a couple weeks of meeting Ed.
