Helix reached out with very little time to work with to find a new space. Their lease was expiring in about a month, and had not option to holdover. The space was too small for their future needs. We had to search, search again, and search a third time, sifting through the very few warehouse options available that could work. Finally, we secured a space with a landlord who was able to put together a lease within a few days and we got the lease signed with 2 weeks buffer for them to move over their operation.
