Happy Lamb attempted to find a space for their first Utah location, on their own. After struggling to get landlords to take them seriously, they reached out to us and we stepped in. We have a great reputation with all the local brokers, and were able to find a site they hadn’t seriously considered, right on state street in Murray. We successfully executed a 10-year lease and Happy Lamb will be open soon!
