A few months after the coronavirus hit in 2020, our team was requested to sublease a Class A Commercial Space in Lehi, Utah. We immediately got to work creating high-quality marketing material, placing the flyer on multiple marketing channels, and reaching out to brokers and potential tenants in the area. We were able to procure two offers to lease the space within a day of one another. We were able to leverage two offers and get the best possible terms for our client.
